The Simon Webb Instructional Solutions portfolio is both the capstone of my M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology at Western Illinois University and the launchpad for my professional brand. This site presents a carefully curated selection of projects that apply proven instructional-design theory, data-driven evaluation, and engaging multimedia to support diverse learners.

Its goals are to
• Document graduate-level mastery for the IDT 603 committee.
• Showcase practical skills in e-learning development, media production, and performance assessment for prospective employers.
• Establish a platform for future consulting and client partnerships.
